NOTES

VINEYARD: Three old vine bush-trained plots from different altitudes (a total of 0.8 hectares).

FARMING: Organic

VINIFICATION: Fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and gentle daily pumping over. Half of the wine aged in used French oak barrels for 4 months, with the remaining in stainless steel for the same period of time.
