Oz Wine Company is a fine wine import & wholesale company based in Massachusetts that champions the farming families and faces who carefully tend their vines, and unapologetically make wines of distinction and character.

 

A majority of the growers in our portfolio are diligent caretakers of the vine and often times represent several familial generations stubbornly clinging to organic, biodynamic and sustainable practices - placing premium value on quality, not quantity - without sacrificing curiosity and respect for contemporary techniques and menus.

Our objective and raison d'etre is to bring these individual personalities and terroirs to the marketplace so that these people and their wines can be enjoyed here in Massachusetts.

Not only did she grow up in a family of biodynamic farmers, her father actually wrote a book on these practices which go far beyond even the concept of organic farming. When she and her husband bought Chateau Falfas in the early 1980s, they were one of the first, and to this day one of very few producers to farm biodynamically in Bordeaux. Her wines are rich and supple, and expressive of their "terroir", the land and place of their birth. The Sebastopol Sour 🍋 🍹 🤤 Swipe for ingredients & recipe featuring @maison_jacoulot and @bilarospirits #Repost @thespiritsofoz with @make_repost ・・・ Amaro Bilaro is crafted in west Sonoma County from local grape spirit. 13 herbs and botanicals rest in that grape spirit, and earl grey tea is used to proof the spirit down. After several months in barrel, the Amaro di Sebastopol is ready! Jacoulot was founded in 1891 by entrepreneur Vincent Jacoulot. His L’Authentique Marc de Bourgogne quickly gained notoriety in and around his operation in Romanèche-Thorins. Today, Phillipe Vançon & Anne Pascale carry the tradition of crafting exceptional pomace spirits & crème liqueurs. The Pêche de Vigne uses 3 varieties of vineyard peaches macerated in grape spirit for 60 days. Once complete, the fruit solids are pressed and blended with beer sugar. 📸 by @l_a_r_k_81

All cool climate, all the time. Teutonic Wine Company is a small-production winery that strives to make the finest German-style wines in Oregon. Teutonic’s fruit sources in Oregon are located in cooler areas and at higher elevations. They only work with dry-farmed vineyards (non-irrigated farms) so that the roots grow deep into the earth, drilling through many layers of soil strata, absorbing the various mineral components from the terroir.
