NOTES
VINEYARD: Characteristic soils of Montsant, constituted by clay, limestone, and slate, which provide structure and complexity to the wine. The continental Mediterranean climate, with marked diurnal oscillations, favors a slow and optimal ripening of the grapes.

FARMING: Certified Organic

VINIFICATION: Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 6 months in stainless before bottling.
