NOTES
VINEYARD: Located in Pesquera de Duero, right in the center of the D.O. Ribera del Duero’s Golden Triangle, meticulously tended and planted with vines of the best Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) of over 35 years of age. The soil is made up of limestone, chalk, marlstone, and clay and the climate ranges from the frosts of continental winters to the blazing sun of Mediterranean summers with little rainfall, which is compensated slightly by the humidity of the Duero river.

FARMING: Certified Organic

VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested by hand, then macerated in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 8-10 days before extracting the free-run juice. Aged several months in stainless steel before bottling.
