NOTES

VINEYARD: Albariza (white limestone) soils with vines aged 50 years old

FARMING: Biodynamic, Organic

VINIFICATION: Grapes are cold-macerated for 24-36 hours, after which the juice is blended to macerate on their skins for 3 hours before a gentle press and natural fermentation begins in stainless steel, where the wine remains on the lees for about 5 months before bottling. Aged 5 months on the lees in stainless steel.
