VINEYARD: Three Willamette Valley gamay sites including Jubille Vineyard, Eola Springs Vineyard, and Il Sogno Vineyard.

FARMING: Organic, Sustainable, Certified Sustainable by LIVE

VINIFICATION: Fermented with indigenous yeasts and kept on the lees for 9-10 months in neutral barrel. Small amount of sulfur was added Spring '23 after MLF. Wine remains on the lees until a month before bottling. 9 months French oak barrels and puncheons then one month in stainless steel.
