Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Albariño

NOTES
VINEYARD: Grapes are sources from organic- and sustainably-farmed sites throughout the western Columbia Valley. The vineyards are near the Cascade Mountains and feature volcanic soils as well as rolling hills and arid landscapes.

FARMING: Organic, Sustainable

VINIFICATION: Picked in the early mornings of mid-September to early October with the grapes being direct-pressed shortly after they were harvested. Each lot was fermented naturally in a mix of neutral French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, then blended. Aged on the lees for a few months before settling and a light filtration. Small sulfur additions were made, but otherwise the wine was made without adjuncts or additives.
