VINEYARD: 16 organically-farmed varieties are grown on 42 gently sloping acres, including unique varietals like trousseau, grüner veltliner, mondeuse, mencia and godello. The property is an organically-farmed polycultual bonanza of gardens, vines, and orchards showcasing the best Yamhill-Carlton has to offer.
FARMING: Certified Organic
VINIFICATION: Fermentation was under a cap submersion for most of its duration utilizing a pied de cuve - Division's approach to capturing an indigenous fermentation from the vineyard flora. Aged one year in two-year old French barrels and bottled shortly after with just a small bit of so2 added.
