VINEYARD: Located on the south side of the Costes Lambecs mountain range. The vineyard practices organic farming: soil, décavaillonnage (between-the-vines plowing with horses), hoeing, treatments using only simple products such as traditional contact copper and sulfur ensures compliance with the environment, with consumer health and the natural aspect of wine. Its sandy loamy soil is ideal for the cultivation of the grape. Certified organic.

VINIFICATION: Grapes are prepared in a cold maceration and bled off. The juice is racked and fermented at 16°C.

TASTING NOTES: Clear pink tint with the purple nuances, a fine and complex nose.
