NOTES
VINEYARD: 1ha vineyard located in the village of Montes, Alcobaça. Facing northeast, with loamy-clay soils, it was planted in 2017 with the grape varieties bical and arinto. The vineyard's exposure, combined with the soil texture, allows for the production of grapes with a good balance between sugars and acidity
FARMING: Organic, Sustainable
VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested. Whole cluster, native yeast fermentation in French oak. Aged 12 months in French oak barrel.
