NOTES
VINEYARD: Single-vineyard Albariño planted in 2014 to 12 acres of chalky-clay soils. Canelones is northeast of the Uruguayan capital of Montevideo, and is home to the majority of Uruguay's vineyards and accounts for around 60 percent of all wine produced in the country. It lies in the south where the majority of vines are planted, inland from the Atlantic coast and the Rio de la Plata estuary.
FARMING: Sustainable
VINIFICATION: Seven day fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with an additional 5 months on the lees in tank before bottling.
