PRODUCTION METHOD: Mezcal Espadín Joven produced in Santiago Mazatlán, Oaxaca using artisanal methods by Mezcalero Edilberto Bautista and delivered at 100 proof. Crafted with the same mezcal base and ancho chile anchor as their original aperitif, but made with 7 chiles instead of 7 notes. This liqueur will take you to spicy heights you've never experienced before. Seven chiles in the mix: ancho, pasilla, pasilla mixe, morita, chiltepin, guajillo & árbol. A kiss of tamarind and orange peel to add some zest, as well as Mexican mango. Sweetened with piloncillo and more tamarind.
