NOTES
VINEYARD: Vines planted in 1960 with some newer plantings to sandy soils with both northern and southern exposures.

FARMING: Organic

VINIFICATION: Manual harvest using small baskets and careful selection. The grapes macerate with the skins for 24 hours before being pressed. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in foudre. Aged for 1 year in foudre before bottling.
