Notes
VINEYARD: in Gols and Neusiedl on sandy-loamy soils with chalky outcrops

VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested, then grapes hand-sorted in the vineyard and at the winery before de-stemming. Spontaneous fermentation in wooden fermenters. Wine is then racked and transferred to 1000-2000L neutral acacia wood casks for 2 months where it completes MLF. Wine is then tranferred to 4-6 year old barrique for 8-10 months of aging. Beck matures in two phases of wood in order to attain the round, complex, and vivid style she seeks.

TASTING NOTES: Chewy, plush texture with generous dark cherry, cassis, and plum fruit nuanced by herbs and a touch of minerality. A highly versatile wine, complementing a wide range of cuisine.
