NOTES
VINEYARD: Moody Bridges (located at the confluence of the Deschuttes and Columbia River, just outside The Dalles), is the source for the cabernet franc and South Hill Vineyard, the source for the gamay noir and pinot noir, is situated in a picturesque location high on Underwood Mountain (WA). Moody Bridges soils are volcanic, wind-blown loess, and fractured basalt. South Hill's soils are basalt and fluvial glacial deposits. Both vineyards are characterized by their wind-swept natures, are dry-farmed, and organically-farmed.

FARMING: Organic, Regenerative Organic, Vegan

VINIFICATION: Spontaneous fermentation (40% whole-cluster), varietals co-fermented for 10 days. Intentionally short élevage in order to preserve the wine's primary fruit and natural acidity. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
