The Galáctica wines are made by the winemaking team of Ricardo Baettig and Daniela Salinas in collaboration with Brazos Wine. The grapes come from a blend of both estate and sourced vineyards located in the cool microclimates of the Central Valley in Chile. These vineyards benefit from having large diurnal shifts in temperature, creating wines of balance and freshness.
