NOTES
Produced entirely from Nếp Cái Hoa Vàng, an aromatic Vietnamese rice variety traditionally used in fermented and distilled rice beverages. The rice is fermented using local Vietnamese yeasts (Bánh Men), then distilled in both liquid state and solid state in pot stills and traditional Vietnamese wooden alquitar stills. Matured for a minimum of one year in red terracotta amphora prior to bottling, allowing gradual development while preserving the natural character of the rice.
