VINIFICATION: Grapes are sourced from the Weets Family Vineyard, a small family-owned winery growing Bordeaux varietals and supplying small-scale wineries in Oregon and Washington. Grapes were de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel. Aged 10 months in Eastern European oak barrels (7 total with 4 barrels having been used once and 3 older).
