VINEYARD: The vineyard stretches across several communes within the Bandol appellation: La Cadière, Le Castellet, Le Beausset. This mosaic of plots offers incredible richness—each parcel contributes its own identity, enhancing the complexity of the wine. The soils are composed of red clay and fossil-rich limestone combined with the generous Provençal sunshine, create an ideal environment for Bandol’s emblematic varietals: Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Cinsault. The restanques - dry-stone terraces - are carved into the legendary landscape.
FARMING: Organic, Sustainable
VINIFICATION: Following the manual harvest, 80% is de-stemmed and crushed for 20-days maceration in temperature-controlled vats, with two daily pump-overs. Indigenous yeast fermentation. Aged 22 months in oak foudres and demi-muids.
