VINEYARD: Situated in southern Sancerre, the vineyard is located at the foot of the surrounding hillsides. The soil type is predominately limestone clays, with pebbles and red soil.

VINIFICATION: Controlled temperatures in stainless steel during the fermentation, with aging on the fine lees before being transferred to bottle.

TASTING NOTES: Pale golden hue with citrus aromas and mineral hints. A perfect match with mussels, scallops, shellfish or as an aperitif.
