Summary
On the initiative of Xosé Ramón “Roque” Durán, Chairman and CEO of Adegas Terra de Asorei, this fellowship of winemaking families from the Salnés Valley was established in 2008, giving rise to this winery in 2015, in which the families are now represented on the company´s Board of Directors.
The vineyards are cultivated practicing sustainable viticulture that respects the environment, which means controlling the quality of the wines from their origin: the land, the vines, the grapes, their care throughout the year, the manual harvest and the elaboration in the winery.
